Delete Your Account

In the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account and data.
3. Confirm twice. Deletion happens immediately.

On the web

Sign in, open Profile, and use Delete my account and data under Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in, every conversation and its transcript, session summaries, mood entries, crisis records, your emergency contact, device and notification registrations, and any reports you filed. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is kept

If you use ReasonCare through a clinic, summaries already shared with your clinic are part of your clinic's medical record and are governed by your clinic, not by us. We may keep de-identified security and audit logs that do not identify you, as required by law.

Can't sign in?

Email privacy@reasoncare.ai from the address on your account and we will verify and delete it within 30 days.
